The gate leaf is constantly subject to a certain amount of movement and stress.

We stand for maximum quality and durability.
Slotting, riveting and bolting doesn't last as long as welding.

1. thanks to the reduced weight, the key components are subject to significantly less wear.
2. aluminium can be recycled infinitely.
3. aluminium doesn't rust. Galvanised steel profiles can develop rust spots at the weld seams.

Cheap electro-galvanised sheet metal is often used. This can rust. We stand for quality, which is why we use rust-proof stainless steel instead.

Batteries drain quickly in winter. For safety reasons, the gate system then stops working.

That's why we use high-quality safety systems that work without a battery.

DC geared motors work very well in typical residential settings. The weak point in professional use is

1: the insufficient duty cycle (continuous operation not possible)
2: the plastic gearing, which can cause problems with larger, heavier gates.

That's why we focus on high-quality gearing combined with brushless technology.

The 400V three-phase motor had its place decades ago.
Today we work with brushless motors, which use SIGNIFICANTLY less power while being even more powerful.
The efficiency of brushless motors is around 95%, compared to 70-80% for 400V three-phase motors.

Our brushless motors work with integrated electronics that can precisely control speed, torque and position.

Many operators wanted the "aluminium pressplank" version.
Function and safety are often the main focus.
In these cases, the customer places less focus on the colour coating. Aluminium pressplank is sustainable and naturally brings greater cost savings.

We've saved ALL documents digitally on the nameplate. Operating manuals, certificates, drawings, quick guides, circuit diagrams, photos  and much more!
Via a QR code or by entering the serial number, the documents are securely stored for decades.
Of course, safely and password-protected.
At the same time, we offer our dealers a separate storage space for their own files.
And as another highlight, a digital maintenance schedule is now also built in.

Really good question! Yes, our gate series can always be ordered with the "SPEED" option. This makes a lot of sense in many situations!

It's quite simple! All our gate types have a pulse button in the control cabinet for the installer.

Sure! We supply an appliance plug already crimped onto the cable.
This lets you commission the gate using a cable reel. The electrician can then make the final connection at any time! The gate will run perfectly and you won't have to go back a second time.
